Job summary

Keyline Care Supported Living in Loughborough is seeking a Service Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our supported living services. You will ensure high-quality, person-centred care, while guiding a dedicated team to meet regulatory standards and deliver positive outcomes for adults with complex needs.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in care with supervisory experience, relevant diplomas, and a proactive, people-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in a support or care role
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or management position
• Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
• Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or equivalent) desirable or willingness to work towards
• Strong understanding of CQC standards, safeguarding, and person-centred care
• Experience with individuals with complex needs or behaviours that challenge

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day running of your service(s), ensuring high-quality, person-centred care.
• Support the Area Manager and Operations Manager to maintain compliance with CQC and regulatory standards.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to staff.
• Oversee service delivery to promote independence, choice, dignity and wellbeing.
• Build relationships with service users, families, staff and external professionals.
• Monitor health and safety, conduct audits, and oversee medication and financial management.
• Drive continuous improvement through innovation, quality assurance and feedback.
• Manage rotas, staffing levels, and resources to ensure safe, consistent care.
• Support safeguarding processes and respond to incidents, complaints and concerns
