Job summary

Lifeways Group is seeking a Service Manager in Ripon, North Yorkshire, to lead a Supported Living team delivering person-centred support for working-age adults with complex needs.

You will work with senior leaders to maintain high care standards, ensure safety, and develop staff through coaching and training, driving positive outcomes and independence for those served.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care; Level 5 desirable or working towards it.
• Strong experience in operational and people management.
• Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally.
• Genuine passion for quality care and ability to lead by example.

Role: Service Manager
Division: Supported Living
Location: Ripon,North Yorkshire

We're looking for Service Manager who is passionate about making a real difference to the lives of people living with complex needs, while creating a positive, supportive, and high-performing culture for their team.

Based in North Yorkshire, you'll work closely with an experienced Area Manager and Regional Director to lead the delivery of outstanding care and support services for working-age adults with complex needs, including: Learning disabilities, Physical disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Behaviours that challenge.

In this role, you will:

• Leading and developing a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
• Ensuring the service operates safely, effectively, and in line with regulatory requirements.
• Supporting individuals with complex needs to achieve positive outcomes and greater independence.
• Driving a positive team culture through coaching, training, and ongoing development.

What You'll Bring
