Job summary

Millennium Support is seeking a Service Manager in Coventry to lead a busy health and social care service. You will take ownership of the service, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and develop your team while championing person-centred practice and PBS to improve outcomes for the people we support.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in health and social care.
• Values-led, person-centred approach to service delivery.
• Level 4 qualification or equivalent, with ongoing Level 5 progression.
• Resilient and adaptable to changing environments.
• Excellent communication across all levels of the organisation.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Coventry service, ensure safety, compliance and high-quality support.
• Develop and coach Deputies and Team Leaders to grow capability.
• Champion PBS and person-centred practice to achieve outcomes.
• Be visible, proactive, identify improvements and drive change.
