Are you an experienced Care Leader ready for your next challenge?
We are looking for an experienced, compassionate and confident social or healthcare Manager to lead a supported living service for adults experiencing mental ill health and/or learning disability.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred support and who can lead a team to achieve positive outcomes for the people we support.
Our service supports individuals with a range of complex needs, and we are looking for a manager who can balance strong leadership, effective risk management & regulatory compliance with a genuinely person-centred approach.
As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of our 19-apartment supported living scheme. You will lead our team to maintain the highest quality of service, ensuring that people we support receive a safe, caring, responsive, effective & well-led care and support service.
We are looking for someone who is an experienced and confident care professional with a strong understanding of supporting adults with mental health needs and complex presentations.
Most importantly we are looking for a leader who understands that good care is more than compliance. You will be someone who can build trust, develop people and create a culture where teams feel valued and able to take ownership whilst ensuring the people we support are at the heart of every decision.
You will have the confidence to advocate on behalf of those we support, be able to challenge poor values and practice, have the curiosity to ask questions, and the determination to continually improve your team and service.
If you are an experienced care leader who is passionate about supporting people with mental health and learning disability to achieve greater independence and live full and active lives, we would love to hear from you.
