Voyage Care in Fareham, Hampshire is seeking an experienced Registered Service Manager to lead one of our specialist residential services. You will provide strong leadership to a dedicated team and ensure high-quality, person-centred care for adults with complex needs.

The role requires proven management experience, PBS knowledge, safeguarding, and the ability to work with commissioners and healthcare professionals to achieve outstanding outcomes. Salary £38,000–£42,000, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in care management.
• Experience with learning disabilities, complex care or mental health.
• Strong knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support and safeguarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of the residential service.
• Develop and motivate staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance activities.
• Manage plans, risk assessments and reviews; build relationships with commissioners.
