Job summary
Voyage Care is seeking an experienced Registered Service Manager for a specialist residential service in Fareham, Hampshire. You will lead a skilled team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support for adults with complex needs.
Ideal candidates will have senior management experience in learning disabilities, complex mental health, or trauma-informed care, and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or progress towards it).
Qualifications
- Experience as a Registered Manager or similar care management role.
- Background in Learning Disability, Mental Health or Complex Care services.
- Strong knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and safeguarding.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operation of the service.
- Support, develop and motivate a staff team.
- Drive a positive, inclusive culture with person-centred support.
- Manage support plans, risk assessments and care reviews.
- Ensure regulatory, legislative and company compliance.
- Complete audits, investigations and quality assurance activities.
- Manage budgets and service performance.
- Build relationships with commissioners and professionals.
- Support development of PBS approaches across the service.
- Participate in on-call rota as part of leadership.
