Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience in a automotive aftersales or service environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day service department operations (4 Vehicle Technicians, 2 Service Advisors).
• Review CSI surveys and monitor customer satisfaction metrics.
