Job summary

Jago Consultants in Poole seeks an experienced automotive sales professional to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced showroom. You will guide customers through vehicle purchases, finance options, and insurance products, while mentoring a team of Sales Executives.

The role requires strong negotiation skills, FCA accreditation, and a solid understanding of car valuations. You will manage enquiries, convert leads, and drive revenue across all product lines.

Responsibilities

• Provide an immediate customer experience and assist with car sales.
• Sell accessories, paint protection, GAP and insurance products.
• Produce finance quotes and process finance documents.
• Conduct part-exchange appraisals and set prices.
• Report income by product type to the line manager.
• Encourage showroom or virtual appointments.
• Manage enquiries and follow up after enquiry.
• Identify renewal opportunities from Key to Key.
• Contact last-chance finance leads.
• Mentor and develop Sales Executives.
