Job Description

What you will be doing:

  • Support strategic revenue growth by managing services, showcasing Sopra Steria’s offerings to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Ensure new/transitioning services are fit for purpose with minimal impact.
  • Define and agree on service scope with clients.
  • Implement performance indicators to monitor service delivery against SLAs and demonstrate efficiency.
  • Ensure services meet contractual requirements and take corrective actions when needed.
  • Drive continuous improvement, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
  • Manage partners and suppliers, and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards.
  • Champion industry-standard methods, foster skill development within the team, and provide effective leadership and performance management.

What you will bring:

  • Understanding of service delivery models.
  • Self-driven, enthusiastic about making a difference.
  • Effective time management and ability to chair CAB meetings.
  • Accountability and ownership for delivering quality service.
  • Partner management and communication skills.
  • IT services background.

Employment Details: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Farnborough and Newbury – on-site 5 days a week
Security Clearance Level: Holding live SC clearance, eligible for DV clearance

Salary: up to £65,000 base
