Job summary

Social Security Scotland is seeking a Service Manager to lead the Change and Release service, ensuring releases are planned, governed and delivered safely while protecting live services. You will provide strategic leadership, end-to-end ownership and work across multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders to realise benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a service, function, programme or portfolio with strategic direction and delivery of outcomes.
• Experience establishing governance, assurance and risk management for complex change and operational environments.
