Olympus Recruitment in Winsford is seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee two complex care services. The role focuses on leading care teams, safeguarding and delivering high-quality, person-centred support.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, manage staffing and performance, and drive continuous service improvement across both locations in the Winsford area.

We are recruiting for an experienced Service Manager to oversee two complex care services in Winsford.

The Role:

• Manage and lead two complex care services
• Lead, motivate and develop care teams
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational standards
• Oversee safeguarding, risk management and quality assurance

About You:

• Previous experience as a Service Manager, Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within complex care
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance and quality standards
• Proven experience leading and developing care teams
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Passionate about delivering person-centred care
• Organised, resilient and confident managing multiple priorities
