Our client, a busy "state of the art" car dealership in Canterbury, has the requirement for an experienced Service Manager / Aftersales Manager to join their established and high performing Management team.
Our client would also consider an experienced and high performing Senior Service Advisor / Service Team Leader looking to take the next step in their career.
Service Manager / Aftersales Manager Responsibilities
As a Service Manager / Aftersales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Organising, coaching, motivating and leading your workshop & front of house team.
- Ensuring the very highest levels of customer service every time.
- Departmental profitability.
- Delivering dealership and manufacturer budgets.
- Controlling expenses.
- Recruitment and selection, staff coaching and motivation.
- Optimising workshop capacity and utilisation.
- Installing and maintaining processes.
- Monitoring, developing and improving CSI and customer experience.
Experience, Skills & QualificationsEssential Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years’ Service Manager / Aftersales Manager / Senior Service Advisor / Service Team Leader experience.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable Requirements:- Franchised Dealership Experience.
- Kerridge or Pinnacle Experience.
Remuneration & BenefitsBasic Salary of £35,000 to £40,000 DOE
On Target Earnings of £65,000
