The Recruitment Solution is seeking an experienced Service Manager for a global automotive group near Cambridge. You will lead a team of automotive professionals, ensure the service department runs with optimal resource levels, and drive performance while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

You will report on dealership performance, manage productivity, and contribute to ongoing development. The role offers flexible working options and a strong benefits package within a supportive group

• Oversee the service department, managing resource levels and productivity.
• Accurately produce dealership reporting, in line with group reporting frameworks.
• Support the dealership to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
