The Recruitment Solution is seeking an experienced Aftersales/Service Manager to join a successful global automotive group near Lincoln. You will lead a team of automotive professionals, drive high performance, and oversee the service department to optimise resources and productivity.

• Lead, manage and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced.

• Oversee the service department, managing resource levels and productivity.
• Accurately produce dealership reporting, in line with group reporting frameworks.
• Support the dealership to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
