Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd in Brigg is seeking a skilled Service Manager to lead our agricultural/plant engineering team covering the North Lincolnshire area. You will manage a team of agricultural engineers, schedule workloads, mentor staff and support complex breakdowns while staying customer facing to understand requirements and upsell where appropriate.

The role requires field travel to customer sites, a full driving license, and proven service-management experience in agriculture or plant

Qualifications

• Non-negotiable experience in Agriculture or plant engineering.
• Proven track record as a service manager.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of agricultural engineers, scheduling workloads and coordinating breakdown support.
• Engage with customers to capture requirements, advise on solutions and upsell where appropriate.
• Handle complaints and drive service excellence across sites in North Lincolnshire.
• Travel to customer sites regularly from the Brigg base.

We are seeking a skilled Service Manager to join our growing engineering team, servicing the North Licolnshire Area.

This role is ideal for a Service Manager with a strong Agricultural/plant background, particularly within environments such as farming, ground equipment or similar sectors.

The role will require you to look after a team of Agricutural engineers, scheduling work loads, mentoring and supporting for more complex breakdowns. You will also be very customer facing where you will be dealing with customers requirements, advising and upselling and dealing with any complaints and greviences.

You will be based from the Brigg site and will be required to travel to customer sites regurlarly.
