Job summary

CO Home Improvements is seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join our team in Kendal. You will carry out repairs and remedial work on home improvement products across Cumbria, ensuring high workmanship and exceptional customer service at customers' properties.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with warm roofs, conservatories, windows and doors, plus joinery skills and a full UK driving licence. A company van is provided along with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience with warm roofs, conservatories, windows and doors.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair home improvement installations.
• Strong joinery knowledge and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve manufacturing or fitting issues on windows, doors, and roofs.
• Carry out repairs, adjustments and remedial work on products at customers' properties.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
• Provide excellent customer service and liaise with the Customer Services team.
