Job summary

CO Home Improvements is seeking a Service Engineer in Kendal to resolve issues with windows, doors, bi-folds, warm roofs and conservatory roofs. You will perform light joinery work, provide excellent customer service at customers’ properties, and ensure quality work is maintained at all times.

The role requires previous experience in warm roofs, conservatories, windows and doors with joinery skills, plus a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in all aspects of warm roofs, conservatories, windows, and doors
• Previous joinery experience in fitting skirting and laminate flooring
• The ability to fit any miscellaneous hardware or fittings that may be required such as handles, hinges, glazing, letterboxes etc
• Excellent product knowledge
• Full UK Driving Licence required

Responsibilities

• Resolve manufacturing or fitting issues with our windows, doors, bi-folds, warm roofs and conservatory roofs
• Small amount of joinery work (skirting and laminate)
• Provide excellent Customer Service whilst at customers properties
• Responsible for ensuring quality work is carried out at all times
• Support Customer Services to assist with resolving production issues as and when required
