Job description

We are working with a reputable company based in Northampton (NN3) who require a Service Engineer. The position is a permanent role paying £30,000 - £40,000 per annum + Benefits (DOE).

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer sales enquiries
• Supply customers with service and parts support
• Manage warranty processing
• Work closely with all teams to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
• Conduct site visits when required

Key Requirements:

• Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working on mechanical / electrical systems within a service environment
• Must have machine repairing experience both on site and in a workshop
• Experienced in using Microsoft IT applications
• Excellent communication skills are essential
• Have a keen eye for detail
• Must be able to create accurate job reports for work carried out
