Job summary

FläktGroup UK is seeking a Service Engineer to join our field-based team in Central London. You will attend client sites to provide expert HVAC support, perform PPMs, repairs, refurbishments, and commissioning, and respond to calls as part of a regional rota with a 4-hour SLA.

The role requires extensive A/C service experience (VRV/VRF, chillers, splits), strong fault-finding, and good IT skills. UK driving licence and security checks may be required. Sign-on bonus offered.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds 2079 or NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
• Full UK driving licence
• Extensive A/C service experience, including VRV, VRF, chillers, splits & close control systems
• Strong fault-finding ability and excellent communication skills
• Confident working independently with solid IT knowledge (Excel, Word, email)
• The postholder may need to complete security checks and DBS/clearances as required
• Bonus points for PASMA/MEWP certification
• Geographic familiarity with your region
• Manual handling and Safe Pass training

What You Bring

• City & Guilds 2079 or NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning F-Gas Qualification (C&G 2079-11)
• Full UK driving licence
• Extensive A/C service experience, including VRV, VRF, chillers, splits & close control systems.
• Strong fault-finding ability and excellent communication skills.
• Confidence working independently with solid IT knowledge (Excel, Word, email, databases).
• The postholder will be required to complete security checks, obtain a clear enhanced DBS, and other clearances as necessary.
• Bonus Points For PASMA / MEWP certification.
• Geographic familiarity with your region.
• Manual handling and Safe Pass training.
