FläktGroup UK is seeking a hands-on HVAC service engineer to join our field-based team in Hertford. You will attend client sites to provide expert technical assistance, perform PPMs, repairs, refurbishments, and commissioning of HVAC plant and equipment, and respond to emergency calls within a 4-hour SLA.

The role requires City & Guilds 2079 or NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, F‑Gas qualification, a full UK driving licence, and strong IT skills.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds 2079 or NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
• F‑Gas Qualification (C&G 2079-11).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Extensive A/C service experience, including VRV, VRF, chillers, splits & close control systems.
• Strong fault‑finding ability and excellent communication skills.
• Confidence working independently with solid IT knowledge (Excel, Word, email, databases).
• The postholder will be required to complete security checks, obtain a clear enhanced DBS, and other clearances as necessary.
