Job summary

HVAC - FläktGroup UK is seeking a Project Engineer to join our Global Applications – Delivery Team in London. This dynamic, site-based role involves overseeing project delivery, managing commissioning labour, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in HVAC or Data Centres, along with strong communication and organisational skills. Join us to support the growth of innovative Indoor Air Quality solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of on-site experience in project engineering or commissioning, HVAC/Data Centre experience preferred.
• CSCS or similar certification.
• Positive can-do approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deliveries and manage commissioning labour.
• Act as a liaison with general contractors and stakeholders.
• Plan and execute commissioning schedules maintaining compliance.

Are you a hands-on engineering professional with a passion for delivering high-quality projects on-site? We’re looking for a Project Engineer to join our Global Applications – Delivery Team in London.

This is a dynamic, site-based role where you’ll be the vital link between our remote project management team and on-site operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead on-site coordination: Oversee deliveries, manage commissioning labour, and supervise subcontractors.
• Be the face of FläktGroup on-site: Represent us in meetings and liaise with general contractors, stakeholders, and clients.
• Drive project success: Plan and execute commissioning schedules, manage resources, and ensure health & safety compliance.
• Ensure quality and compliance: Maintain site records, conduct audits, and upload documentation to client portals.
• Support project delivery: Collaborate with remote teams to keep projects on track, on budget, and within scope.

What You Bring

• CSCS or similar.
• 3–5 years of on-site experience in project engineering or commissioning (HVAC/Data Centre experience is a plus).
• A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is desirable.
• Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6).
• Positive can do approach to work.
