Convergint is seeking a full-time Service Coordinator to join our culture-driven team in the UK. You will support service dispatching, tracking, scheduling calls, and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries while upholding our safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes administrative accuracy, coordination with technicians, and proactive customer service, with opportunities to grow as Convergint expands in the region.

Qualifications

• Exceptional telephone and personal customer service skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills.
• Basic financial knowledge and ability to understand accounts receivable/payable.
• Solid organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects tasks simultaneously.
• Strong flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls including service dispatching and scheduling.
• Create and dispatch work orders in iCare for planned maintenance.
• Attend weekly planning sessions and reconcile weekly service paperwork.
• Monitor subcontractor pricing and process invoicing.
• Administer check-in/checkout process of Technicians per safety policy.
• Enter work orders into Spectrum and maintain customer service binders.
• Provide service quotes and follow up on maintenance accounts.
