Qualifications

• Must possess ITIL4 qualification (or equivalent) or be able to obtain it within 15 months.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a Service Desk environment.
• Experience with technical issue resolution and customer support.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical product support to customers and internal users.
• Analyze support tickets to determine impact and categorize appropriately.
• Participate in Incident Management and resolution processes.
