Job Description:

Successful candidates will need to be onsite based near Reading and onsite 5 days per week.

The role requires SC clearance, so it is open to UK Nationals only, as it will eventually require DV clearance. Please do not apply if you have dual Nationality.

Essential Requirements:

Attention to detail

Strong Customer Service Experience

Good communication skills to communicate with support personnel, customers, and managers

One or more years of experience with computer systems or computer security background

Good organization skills to balance and prioritize work, and multitask

Good analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot systems problems

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to be dynamic across business needs

Preferred Skills:

Experience using Incident Management Toolsets

Experience with MS Office Products

ITIL Preferred

Virtual working environment

Location – Near Reading (TBC)

Shift rotation – (Monday to Friday 6am – 11pm) Not all the time this will be split.
