Capgemini is seeking experienced Service Designers to shape and deliver user-centred services for public sector clients from a new office in Hove, with hybrid working across offices, client sites, and home. The role emphasizes co-design, inclusive practices, and embedding iterative design in complex enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead complex, user-centred design projects.
• Experience in designing government or public services.
• Experience applying user-centred design methods within complex technology environments.
• Strong knowledge of the GOV.UK service standard.
• Mentoring and coaching teams in iterative design practices.
• Expertise in integrating data-driven insights into service design.
• Experience in creating accessible and inclusive services.
• Ability to build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate and champion design concepts at senior levels.
