• Proven experience in service design/architecture and introduction.
• Experience in SLA reporting, KPI dashboards, and trend analysis.
• Experience coordinating between projects, suppliers, Service Operations and live services teams.

• Create and document ITIL-based service designs.
• Coordinate resources to transition services into operation and manage live service changes.
• Ensure service designs align with capacity, availability, information security and IT service continuity.
