Quilter Cheviot is seeking a Service Delivery & Development Review Team member in Chester to produce high quality review reports supporting Financial Planners. You will gather plan information from providers, update our back-office CRM (Xplan) and develop detailed reports using research tools.

Training will be provided, with opportunities to contribute to wider team initiatives. Key tasks include planning weekly tasks, ensuring accuracy, and handling queries from support teams, all while

Competenze

• High levels of attention to detail and accuracy, supported by strong written, numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for document creation, data handling, reporting and information management (preferred).
• Comfortable using CRM and other technology systems, with XPlan experience preferred but not essential.
• Experience producing accurate, detailed reports or documentation and managing information to a high standard.
• Able to handle sensitive information accurately and professionally, maintaining quality and compliance standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence communicating professionally with providers, advisers and colleagues by phone and email.
• Able to work at pace, manage changing priorities and confidently use a variety of systems and technology platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge gained through training and experience.
• Experience or knowledge of working with financial product providers and/or advisers (preferred).
• Financial Services industry knowledge or experience, including an understanding of investments, pensions and/or protection products (preferred).
