Job summary

Quilter Cheviot is seeking a detail‑oriented Service Delivery team member (Level 2) to support Financial Planners by producing high quality review reports and updating the Xplan CRM. You will gather plan information from providers, research using a range of tools, and ensure timely delivery within FCA guidelines.

Working closely with Financial Planners and regional teams, you will develop knowledge of investments, pensions and protection products, build accurate documentation, and contribute to

Qualifications

• High levels of attention to detail and accuracy, with strong written and numerical skills.
• Proficient in Word and Excel for document creation and data handling.
• Comfortable using CRM systems; XPlan experience preferred but not essential.
• Experience producing accurate reports and managing information to a high standard.
• Ability to handle sensitive information professionally and in compliance with standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan weekly review report tasks and manage workload.
• Gather plan information from providers via multiple channels.
• Develop high quality review reports using research tools.
• Check the accuracy of your work before submission to Financial Planners.
• Hand off completed work to Financial Planners and respond to queries from support teams.
• Collaborate with regional teams and the wider Service Delivery unit.
