Job summary

Quilter Cheviot is seeking a Service Delivery & Development Review Team member at Level 2 in Birmingham to produce high quality review reports for Financial Planners and their clients. You will gather plan information from providers, update our back-office system (XPlan) and develop detailed reports using a range of tools and research resources.

Full training and development will be provided, with close collaboration to Financial Planners, regional support teams and the wider Service Delivery

Qualifications

• Strong written, numerical and analytical skills with high accuracy.
• Proficient in Word and Excel for document creation and reporting.
• Experience with CRM systems; XPlan preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality review reports to support Financial Planners.
• Gather plan information from providers via multiple channels.
• Develop reports using research tools.
• Check accuracy of work and meet internal timelines.
• Hand off completed work to Financial Planners.
• Support wider team initiatives and respond to queries from support teams.
