You will gather information from providers, use CRM systems and research tools, and help ensure accuracy and compliance under FCA guidelines.

• High levels of attention to detail and accuracy, supported by strong written, numerical and analytical skills.

• Plan your weekly allocated review report tasks.
• Gather plan information from a range of product providers, online, over the phone or in writing.
• Develop high quality reports using a range of tools and research technology.
• Check the accuracy of your work.
• Hand off your completed work to Financial Planners.
• Manage any queries from wider support teams on reviews due or in progress.
• You will work very closely with all our Financial Planners, regional support teams and the wider Service Delivery team.
