Job summary

Quilter Cheviot in the United Kingdom is seeking a Service Delivery Review Team member to produce high quality review reports that support our Financial Planners and clients. You will gather plan information from providers, update Xplan, and produce detailed review reports using a range of research tools.

Training will be provided, and you will work closely with Financial Planners and regional support teams.

Qualifications

• High levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written, numerical and analytical skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel for documents and reporting.
• Comfortable with CRM systems; XPlan preferred but not essential.
• Experience handling sensitive information with compliance.

Responsibilities

• Planning weekly review report tasks.
• Gathering plan information from providers via phone, email or written channels.
• Developing high quality reports using research tools and platforms.
• Checking the accuracy of your work.
• Handing off completed work to Financial Planners.
• Managing queries from wider support teams on reviews due or in progress.
