Thatz International is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee onboarding, delivery, and ongoing support for the Charity Sign Up System. Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of IT service delivery or related experience.
• Experience onboarding clients and coordinating stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage service delivery and SLAs.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for subscribing charities, ensuring readiness and smooth transition.
• Coordinate with charities, internal teams, and vendors to manage timelines and issues.
• Develop and improve onboarding templates, workflows, and procedures to ensure consistency.
• Manage day-to-day service delivery and responsive support against SLAs.
• Monitor performance and drive improvements with tech teams and vendors.
• Build relationships with clients through regular reviews and guidance on system use.
