Job summary

CharityJob in the United Kingdom seeks a Product Manager to own its Applicant Tracking System. You will drive deeper workflows, collaboration, reporting, and a clear roadmap for a product used by multiple charities.

You will report to the Lead Product Manager, work with engineering, design, sales and account management, and balance feature work with product health. Hybrid work with two in-office days in Kingston upon Thames.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in product management with backlog ownership and shipping real features.
• Data-literate with ability to define adoption metrics and use numbers to drive decisions.
• Experience shaping good design and complex workflows for great user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for our ATS and decide what to build next based on client feedback.
• Improve the core hiring journey in the ATS, including reviews, stages, interviews and offers.
• Drive adoption of the ATS as the main hiring platform and track progress over time.
• Write specs and work daily with engineers and a designer to ship iteratively.
• Talk to clients across charity sizes and gather insights to shape features.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to align feedback with product plans.
• Review feedback (NPS, surveys) to identify top customer problems and solutions.
• Work with Research to define questions and use appropriate methods (interviews, surveys).
• Present new features to the company during product demos with clear rationale.
