Job summary

Teemz Ltd is seeking a Director of Professional Services to lead a large-scale technology operations and professional services function with UK-wide remote working and limited travel. You will own onboarding, implementation and ongoing support for new clients, drive transformation and establish clear standards and KPIs.

This role requires strategic vision, hands-on leadership and the ability to deliver measurable improvements at scale.

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level experience in Professional Services and Technology Operations.
• Proven track record transforming complex operations and delivering measurable improvements.
• Experience leading teams around 100+ people through periods of change.
• Strong knowledge of client onboarding, technical implementation and support.
• Ability to analyse processes and turn opportunities into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Operational transformation and continuous improvement: assess current operations, identify bottlenecks, and develop a practical transformation roadmap.
• Technology operations and service delivery: lead end-to-end delivery, onboarding, deployment and ongoing support; establish standards and KPIs.
• Leadership and organisational development: manage a 100+ person team, foster a high-performing culture and develop leadership capabilities.
• Cross-functional collaboration: unite Product, Change, Infrastructure and Operations; break down silos and improve accountability.
• Commercial performance and customer experience: improve efficiency, translate improvements into business value, and enhance client satisfaction.
