Thatz International Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Manager to lead IT project delivery and day-to-day services across client accounts. You will balance governance with operational excellence,Manage vendor relationships and ensure security and compliance while guiding strategic technology recommendations.

You will oversee Azure-based environments, licensing, incident management, and service reviews, driving continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years in senior operations, IT service delivery, or technology management role.
• Proven track record delivering multiple IT infrastructure, cloud, and business tech projects.
• Experience managing enterprise IT operations, SLA governance, incident management and reporting.
• Experience overseeing vendor managed services (Azure Virtual Desktop or similar).
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure subscriptions, licensing and asset governance.
• Strong cybersecurity operations knowledge, IAM, vulnerability management and regulatory alignment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead governance and delivery of multiple IT infrastructure and business technology projects on time and within budget.
• Oversee implementation, testing, deployment, and transition of IT solutions with change management.
• Manage day-to-day IT operations across client accounts with high service availability and SLA adherence.
• Govern vendor managed Azure Virtual Desktop environment ensuring security, capacity, and contractual obligations.
• Manage software licensing across environments, renewals and asset governance.
• Lead vendor management including performance, contracts, negotiations, risk and service improvements.
• Oversee cybersecurity operations, incident response, IAM, and regulatory compliance.
• Build strong client relationships, conduct service reviews, and provide strategic technology advice.
• Develop governance docs, reporting, and KPIs to drive operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Deputy Director and stakeholders to identify improvements and growth.
