Qualifications

• Experience in service delivery, operations, procurement, supply chain or contract management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing suppliers and service performance.
• Healthcare or NHS experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of the onsite managed service.
• Lead and support the On-Site Coordinators.
• Oversee stock control, inventory management and product availability.
• Monitor stock rotation, expiry dates and stock takes.
• Manage supplier relationships and conduct regular review meetings.
• Identify cost savings and support supplier negotiations.
• Ensure contract KPIs are achieved and service standards are maintained.
• Build strong relationships with hospital departments and stakeholders.
• Train and support users of inhouse systems.
• Produce reports and manage service performance.

Are you an experienced Service Delivery, Operations, Supply Chain or Procurement professional looking for a role where you can make a real impact within healthcare?

Our client, is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of their managed service contract at Epsom Hospital.

This is a varied and hands-on role, responsible for ensuring critical medical supplies and equipment are available when needed, supporting clinical teams, managing suppliers, delivering service KPIs and leading a small onsite team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of the onsite managed service
• Lead and support the On-Site Coordinators
• Oversee stock control, inventory management and product availability
• Monitor stock rotation, expiry dates and stock takes
• Manage supplier relationships and conduct regular review meetings
• Identify cost savings and support supplier negotiations
