Job summary

Brook Street is seeking a Service Delivery Manager for a key healthcare contract at Epsom Hospital. You will oversee the onsite managed service, coordinate the small onsite team and ensure critical medical supplies and equipment are available to clinical teams.

You will manage suppliers, monitor KPIs and drive service excellence, with a focus on stock control, cost savings and regular stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced NHS environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Service Delivery, Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain or Contract Management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing suppliers and service performance.
• Healthcare, medical devices, NHS or managed service experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of the onsite managed service.
• Lead and support the On-Site Coordinators
• Oversee stock control, inventory management and product availability
• Monitor stock rotation, expiry dates and stock takes
• Manage supplier relationships and conduct regular review meetings
• Identify cost savings and support supplier negotiations
• Ensure contract KPIs are achieved and service standards are maintained
• Build strong relationships with hospital departments and stakeholders
• Train and support users of inhouse systems
• Produce reports and manage service performance

Are you an experienced Service Delivery, Operations, Supply Chain or Procurement professional looking for a role where you can make a real impact within healthcare?

Our client, is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of their managed service contract at Epsom Hospital.

This is a varied and hands-on role, responsible for ensuring critical medical supplies and equipment are available when needed, supporting clinical teams, managing suppliers, delivering service KPIs and leading a small onsite team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of the onsite managed service
• Lead and support the On-Site Coordinators
