Job summary

Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of the onsite managed service at Epsom Hospital. The role ensures critical medical supplies and equipment are available, supports clinical teams, and leads a small onsite team.

Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day service delivery, coordinating On-Site Coordinators, overseeing stock control, supplier relationships, KPI delivery, and reporting on performance.

Qualifications

Are you an experienced Service Delivery, Operations, Supply Chain or Procurement professional looking for a role where you can make a real impact within healthcare?

Our client, is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of their managed service contract at Epsom Hospital.

This is a varied and hands-on role, responsible for ensuring critical medical supplies and equipment are available when needed, supporting clinical teams, managing suppliers, delivering service KPIs and leading a small onsite team.
