OCS UK & Ireland is recruiting an experienced Contract Manager to lead a high-profile Healthcare PFI contract in Lymington. You will oversee integrated Soft FM services including Cleaning, Patient Feeding, Retail Catering, Portering, Pest Control, Window Cleaning and Waste Management.
You will drive service excellence, manage KPIs and budgets, and maintain strong relationships with NHS stakeholders and subcontractors to ensure quality, safety and regulatory compliance across the contract.

Days of Working: This role is based at Lymington New Forest Hospital, working Monday - Friday. Will be some weekend on call. Every 3 weeks. Escalation to help on site supervisors via phone calls.

With annual contract revenue of approximately £2 million, this role is responsible for the effective management of integrated Soft FM services, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, contractual compliance, and exceptional client relationships.
The successful candidate will oversee a broad range of Soft FM services including Cleaning, Patient Feeding, Retail Catering, Portering, Pest Control, Window Cleaning and Waste Management, driving service innovation whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and customer satisfaction.
