Logisnext UK Ltd is seeking a Service Controller to join our Service team in Thame, Oxfordshire. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, coordinating engineers, and acting as the key link between technicians, customers, and internal teams.

We expect you to drive process improvements, meet KPI targets, and support the broader service office while progressing your career in a collaborative, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service and meet KPI targets for your region.
• Plan and coordinate engineers for scheduled and urgent calls.
• Serve as the main liaison between technicians, customers, and internal teams.
• Minimise open jobs and ensure timely invoicing after completion.
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers to uphold service standards.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers on service performance.
• Support fellow Service Controllers and the broader service office.
