A regional housing association in Sevenoaks seeks a Service Delivery and Improvements Officer to ensure compliance with safety regulations. The role includes coordinating gas safety checks and supporting internal customers. Candidates must have strong Excel skills and attention to detail, working within a dynamic team environment. Job Description
This role plays a vital part in ensuring our homes and services remain safe and compliant in line with gas safety regulation as well as legislation such as the Decent Homes Standard. You will support the programming, coordination and delivery of planned programmes to include gas safety checks, heating system installations and other non-gas statutory compliance works. You will be expected to have a keen eye for detail and support internal customers with case management within critical timescales.
The successful candidate must be confident with Excel, be able to interpret system reporting and use data insights to identify issues or risks. The role will accurately maintain and update key compliance and business systems. You will also need to be confident to work closely with operational teams as well as the wider organisation to resolve challenges whilst maintaining safety at all times. Together with a small dynamic team, you will drive service enhancements through effective problem solving, process design and be able to work under pressure.

The role will be based in our Sevenoaks Office. We offer a flexible approach to hybrid working, with full-time colleagues basing themselves in the office twice a week.
