Job summary

Pertemps Bond is seeking a proactive Service Delivery Coordinator to join a fast-paced, customer-focused operations team. You will coordinate between customers, warehouse operations, and third-party logistics providers to ensure seamless delivery from order placement to final delivery.

Key responsibilities include managing order processing, coordinating with partners, tracking deliveries, and supporting key accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, service delivery, logistics, or operations coordination role.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, alongside other business systems.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong relationship-building skills with both customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end logistics processes, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Coordinate daily activities across multiple teams and track order progress.
• Raise quotations, manage purchase orders, and assist with invoicing as required.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, finance, and logistics to resolve challenges and improve service delivery.
• Review processes for continuous improvement and monitor logistics performance.
