This temporary role involves handling customer queries, liaising with client depots, driving opportunities for sales growth, and producing KPI reports.

Average tickets exceed 300 per day, requiring accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a customer service role, preferably within the Construction/Hire industry.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent administration skills with experience using MS Office and strong attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Handle customer queries and liaise with client depots to meet customer requirements.
• Identify opportunities for sales growth and manage invoice and credit queries.
• Collate weekly KPI data and produce performance reports when required; manage tickets (average 300+ per day).
