Job summary

Speedy Hire is seeking a Service Coordinator in Tamworth to organise and optimise the service operation. You will coordinate mobile engineer schedules, book and prioritise jobs, and respond to customer queries to ensure smooth onsite service delivery.

Join a team focused on service levels, targets and KPIs, with a Monday–Friday pattern, 7:30–16:30, and SWLB-style working balance. Training and progression opportunities are available across the Speedy Group.

Responsibilities

• Planning and coordinating mobile Service Engineer schedules.
• Booking and prioritising service, repair and maintenance jobs.
• Responding to customer queries and onsite service issues.
• Keeping customers updated on engineer attendance and job progress.
• Processing customer orders and maintaining accurate records.
• Working closely with Engineers and other internal teams.
• Managing changing priorities and responding to urgent requirements.
• Helping the team achieve service levels, targets and KPIs.
