Job summary

FRONTrunner Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Service Coordinator for a heating and boiler manufacturer based near Sevenoaks, Kent. You will plan domestic heating engineers' days, liaise with customers, and optimise routes to improve efficiency.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm or 8:30am–5:30pm, with a 29k basic salary and benefits including 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, private healthcare after probation, and free on-site parking. Living within travelling distance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as service planner/coordinator preferred.
• Experience scheduling engineers and coordinating visits.
• Gas industry experience advantageous.
• Strong paperwork and PC literacy.

Responsibilities

• Plan engineers' days for boiler maintenance/repair calls.
• Liaise with customers about engineer visits.
• Assess routes for efficiency.
• Monitor stock and parts for engineers.
