Job summary

A heating and boiler manufacturer with a worldwide reputation is recruiting for a Service Coordinator based at their Sevenoaks office in Kent. You will plan engineers’ days for domestic, commercial, and renewable boiler maintenance and repairs across the UK, liaising with customers and optimizing routes.

You will monitor stock to ensure engineers have the right equipment and manage paperwork efficiently. The position offers a 29,000 base salary, 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, private

Qualifications

• Experience as a service planner/coordinator or booking out for daily visits.
• Computer literate with good paperwork skills.
• Organised and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Plan engineers' days for house call maintenance and repairs.
• Liaise with customers about engineers visits as needed.
• Assess engineer routes to improve efficiency.
• Monitor stock and parts to ensure engineers have right equipment.
