Job summary

FRONTrunner Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Service Coordinator for a heating and boiler manufacturer based near Sevenoaks, Kent. You will plan domestic heating engineers' days, liaise with customers, and optimise routes to improve efficiency.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm or 8:30am–5:30pm, with a 29k basic salary and benefits including 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, private healthcare after probation, and free on-site parking. Living within travelling distance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as service planner/coordinator preferred.
• Experience scheduling engineers and coordinating visits.
• Gas industry experience advantageous.
• Strong paperwork and PC literacy.

Service Coordinator

• Based from their office in Sevenoaks in Kent
• Working Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm OR 8.30am till 5.30pm
• Planning the domestic heating engineers days for them going to customers houses to do gas boiler maintenance and repair calls
• Liaising with the customer when needed about the engineers visit
• Assessing the engineers route during the day and recognising things to make them more efficient
• Keeping an eye on stock and parts management to make sure the engineers have the right equipment for each of the jobs they get called out to

Salary and Benefits

Experience Required

• Living within travelling distance to the office in Sevenoaks in Kent
• You need some sort of experience as a service planner, a service coordinator or experience i8n booking out to people or things to places on a daily basis
• Obviously having any additional experience within the gas industry would be a major advantage
• Computer literate with good paperwork skills
• You need to be organised and be able to multi task
