Job summary

FRONTrunner Recruitment Ltd. is recruiting a Service Coordinator based at their Sevenoaks, Kent office. You will schedule domestic heating engineers for maintenance and repair calls, liaise with customers, and optimise daily routes for efficiency.

A strong organisational mindset and accurate paperwork skills are essential. Applicants should live within commuting distance to Sevenoaks; gas-industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Living within travelling distance to Sevenoaks, Kent.
• Experience as a service planner, service coordinator, or daily booking role.
• Gas industry experience is a major advantage.
• Computer literacy with good paperwork skills.
• Organised and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Plan the domestic heating engineers' days for visits to customers' homes.
• Liaise with customers regarding engineers' visits as needed.
• Assess engineer routes for efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor stock and parts to ensure engineers have required equipment.

They are recruiting for a Service Coordinator

• Based from their office in Sevenoaks in Kent
• Working Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm OR 8.30am till 5.30pm
• Planning the domestic heating engineers days for them going to customers houses to do gas boiler maintenance and repair calls
• Liaising with the customer when needed about the engineers visit
• Assessing the engineers route during the day and recognising things to make them more efficient
• Keeping an eye on stock and parts management to make sure the engineers have the right equipment for each of the jobs they get called out to

Salary for a service coordinator

• 29k basic salary
• 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
• Holiday entitlement goes up by 5 days after 5 years of service

Experience needed to be a service coordinator

• Living within travelling distance to the office in Sevenoaks in Kent
• You need some sort of experience as a service planner, a service coordinator or experience i8n booking out to people or things to places on a daily basis
• Obviously having any additional experience within the gas industry would be a major advantage
• Computer literate with good paperwork skills
• You need to be organised and be able to multi task
