Service Center Operations Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team at ABB's Robotics. In this role, you will coordinate onsite reactive, preventative, and post-preventative engineering activities across the UK and Ireland. You will ensure full compliance with ABB's and customer standards, policies, and procedures. Acting as the single point of contact during service execution, you will liaise between engineers and the customer, championing customer satisfaction, resource optimization, and service excellence. The role requires professionalism to exceed customer expectations, manage first-time fix rates, and handle dynamic scheduling. This position is onsite at our Milton Keynes office, working 5 days a week.

Qualifications for the Role

1. Experience in service coordination or operations, preferably in an industrial or technical services environment
2. Strong organizational, self-management, and problem-solving skills
3. Professional communication skills, demonstrating high ownership of tasks and a positive ambassador mindset
4. Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with cross-functional teams
5. Working knowledge of service agreements, safety standards, and compliance requirements
6. Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, and Excel is advantageous
7. Current and valid UK VISA/work permit
