Job summary

Marble Talent Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator for a leading material handling business in Heanor, Derbyshire. You will coordinate field engineers, schedule service and maintenance visits, and liaise with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, the ability to prioritise a busy workload, and good IT and administration abilities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Service Coordinator, Service Administrator or similar role.
• Experience in material handling, forklifts, plant or engineering is advantageous.
